Czech Explorer Reveals Indonesian Diversity

The residents of a city in Czechoslovakia were astonished by the stories of Miloslav Stingl, who has been to Indonesia many times.

The 80-year-old traveler said that people in the remote areas of Sumatra and Papua, for example, were friendly and open to foreigners like him.

Stingl’s traveling stories were narrated at the Indonesian Night event held in Ceske Budejovice on Tuesday, February 16. According to the Indonesian Embassy in Prague, the event was initiated by Jiri Hruska, a Czech entrepreneur who loves Indonesia, and opened by the Embassy official, Azis Nurwahyudi.

Stingl, who is also an entomologist, was excited to share his stories with the audiences. That night, Dr Stingl talked about the time when he visited the people in the hinterland of Sumatra and Papua. Stingl described the people as a community who is warm and friendly to foreign people.

He also played a short documentary he made when he was visiting Bali, which he refers to as the most beautiful island in the world. Stingl told about the uniqueness of Balinese traditions and how the people of Bali, who embrace Hinduism, are obedient when it comes to praying.

Stingl is a world traveler who has been visiting more than 150 countries. He has been to Indonesia 15 times and his last visit was when he was 78 years old. He has also written 40 books about interesting tourist objects all over the world, which have been translated into 30 languages.

Of 40 books, three are about Indonesia. The latest book written by Stingl is called “The Secret of Indonesia”, which portrays natural beauty in unreachable areas. While the latest article he wrote about Indonesia tells about Nias Island before and after it was hit by the Tsunami in December 2004.

The event initiator, Hruska also showcased photographs of Bali while telling about his experiences in the island. Various photos showing the activities of the Balinese as well as its natural beauty were displayed in a slide show to the people who gathered at the hall of a music school in the city.

In order to create an Indonesian atmosphere, the event also presented shows of Cendrawasih dance from Bali and Kayau dance from Kalimantan performed by the dancers from Sekar Melati dancing school organized by the Indonesian Embassy.

In addition, Pavel Steffal, a music teacher, who has also been to Bali, performed his self-written song called “There’s No Problem in Bali”. The lyrics of the song tell about Steffal’s experience of vacationing on an island with a really beautiful beach.

Indonesia, A Great Place for Aussie Diplomats

One of the most memorable moments for Ambassador Bill Farmer is when witnessing a speech delivered by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) at the Parliament House, Canberra, on March 10, 2010. The Australian parliament rarely invite foreign leaders to make a speech.

"I was extremely proud to be in the Parliament House, witnessing the way those parliament members gave their cheerful response to SBY's speech. They stood up, giving a standing ovation at the end of his speech. For me it was the culmination of my duties in this country for more than four years," Farmer said during a visit to VIVAnews office in Jakarta, Friday, April 16, 2010.

Having served as an Australian ambassador to Indonesia since November 2005, Farmer's mission will come to an end this July. Before coming to Indonesia, Farmer was the Australian ambassador to several countries - Mexico, Cuba, Papua New Guinea, and Malaysia. However, Indonesia might be the longest overseas diplomatic post for him - a country which seems to be the last mission for Ambassador Farmer before retiring.

"I will miss a million things here. However, I want to return next October to Yogyakarta to take a walk again on the edge of paddy fields in the morning. It is an exciting experience," said Farmer, a Padangnese cuisine enthusiast who likes to wear batik shirts.

Farmer is satisfied that during his ambassadorial mission in Indonesia, he has been witnessing a number of important moments that brought relations between the two countries to the warmest stage. Apart from increasingly official visits, the intensity of the relationship between citizens from two nations even more intensive.

He said that the exchange programs involving officials, editors of mass media, and students could help reduce misunderstanding or negative opinion between people from two countries.

Indonesia might have been the longest overseas post in your diplomatic career. What makes you staying longer in this country?

Well, there's a very personal answer to that [question]. For Australia, Indonesia is our biggest embassy, which covers enormous range of subjects and we deal, of course, many issues in Indonesia. So, professionally, for Australian diplomats, this is an extraordinarily rich and satisfying posting.

For me the honest answer is that in some ways I feel that a lot of my career has been preparing me for this assignment. So I found that very consuming and absorbing and positive period to be working here.

The answer is largely personal that it has for me really been a culmination for my career, the high point and I just enjoy it enormously. I think the time has come, five years, and I have grandchildren want to see me in Australia but in terms of this experience for me, this is really very good.

Compare to a few years ago, do you think the bilateral relationship has now been much better?

I think if you go back to 1999, it’s a low point in our relationship because of the different perspective of East Timor. That persisted for a while, but I think, for example, that the enormous and quick response from both the Australian government and private sectors to the 2004 tsunami. I think that [response] washed away some of sort bad feelings and it has become a turning point.

During those years, Australia and Indonesia were cooperating in new way. For example, we together began co-hosting regional initiatives on people smuggling and counter-terrorism and we worked very well.

As we are close neighbors, we are always going to have lots of issues. The majority of them are always going to be positive, whether it is political, economic, trade or investment issues or other issues involving our citizens. We have issues, and when issues come up, we deal them in a very constructive way.

The relationship between Indonesia and Australia has been growing stronger since the signing of the Lombok Treaty (13 November 2006). Do you see this treaty as the monumental stage for the two countries in improving bilateral relationship?

I think the Lombok Treaty is enormously important. In the last five years, the response to the tsunami in Aceh was symbolically important.

The Lombok treaty is extremely significant in the whole area of security, peace, police cooperation, military cooperation, transportation safety, custom, and a whole range of issues. The Lombok Treaty gives us the umbrella for developing our relations.

Now we have a plan of actions between the governments for putting more substance into those security cooperation and other issues. The treaty also specifically has commitments that neither country will support separatism in the other.

So the highlights of the relationships over the last few years are the response to the tsunami in Aceh and the Lombok Treaty. Now, I think we have to focus more attention in the future is the area of trade and investment. We have a substantial relationship but I think we can have it considerably greater.

Now our bilateral trade is about Aus$11 billion, but Indonesia is not our biggest trading partner in ASEAN (Southeast Asia). Our investment in Indonesia is between Aus$4 billion and Aus$4.5 billion. I think, given the experience of the Australian companies in our region, that figure could and should be more.

Looking the other way, I would think there is less investment by Indonesian companies in Australia than by Malaysia or Singapore. I think our trade and investment relationship could be substantially enhanced.

We have feasibility studies into the idea of an enhanced economic cooperation arrangement and the governments are looking into that arrangement. The feasibility studies have been prepared and have been released. The governments are already talking about that. They have not made any announcement yet about when we might go to the next phase. That’s under very active consideration right now.

The other big thing I focus on in terms of the changing relationship between Indonesia and Australia is the huge change taking place in Indonesia over the last ten years.

Now every government, business, and individuals do is subject to somewhat similar processes in both Indonesia and Australia: clearly an active and robust media, looking at issues. You have got parliament which is in both cases pretty robust. The public opinion is very free, very open. I think we have now two democracies dealing with each other. It is very significant development.

There are some negative opinions among Australians about Indonesia and the other way around regarding some moments in the past. How both governments overcome this matter?

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono during his speech in the Australian Parliament has identified the questions of perception as the very important one: There are still outdated perceptions in Australia of Indonesia, as well as outdated perceptions in Indonesia of Australia. I think that is absolutely correct.

So we have a very significant issue to deal with. That is why it is very important really looking at the role of leaders and the media. As you know, from last month we have exchanged senior editors and in the last couple of years we have Australian journalism students coming to Jakarta for couple of months for an internship program in some local media.

I think those programs are important because it means a lot of these people have spent two months in Indonesia, so they would have an understanding, maybe not for now, of Indonesia. I think the exchanging programs between the media and other sort of leaders, including Islamic leaders, young political leaders, have developed better understanding between people from two countries.

What about the current Australian government position over the issue of Papua?

What Papuans need is to be prosperous part of the Republic of Indonesia. So what you really need is wise government from Jakarta. You have a full implementation of the special autonomy provisions, continuing respects of human rights and you have an emphasis on the political and social development.

To some extent, our views on Papua are the same with our views on the other parts of Indonesia. We have a special development focus in eastern Indonesia including in Nusa Tenggara Barat, Papua, Papua Barat, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan.

For Australians, it is our interest that Indonesia is prosperous, and stable and democratic. It is your interest as well.

There is no question of supporting separatism or anything like that in Indonesia. In Australia, because we are also democracy, we certainly have some individuals who have a different view and I think that is the effect of having a democratic life. But for Australia, the continuing assistance for Indonesia to be more prosperous is one of the most important objectives we would have in our foreign policy.

How significant is the public attention in Australia to the Papua separatism issue?

If you are working or living in Australia, the issue of Papua is not something that you get in the media every day, every week, or every month.

It is not a big issue. The numbers of people who really have an active interest in the sort of issue are relatively very small.

On the issue of illegal fishing, do you see a significant decrease of Indonesian fishermen arrested for breaching the Australian water?

Yes. I think this is a very success story between two countries. In the last four years the number of Indonesian boats apprehended in Australia has declined by 90 percent. Four or five years ago, there were about 500 boats per year, now it is less than 50.

I think that’s because a number of reasons. One is that we have set the enhanced police patrol. Secondly, both countries have cooperated in a public information campaign in eastern Indonesia. They hold village meetings, they also talk through the radio and hand out easy-to-understand maps showing the areas and they know the areas very well.

In some Australian waters, we permit traditional fishing there in certain conditions but we also explain fishermen some areas where they cannot fish at all. I think the campaign has been a very successful program.

Now we have a bigger issue in regional level that both governments have shared their interest. One is that even if we could stop illegal fishing from third countries, for example from China or Taiwan, the waters would become fished-out. So there is a big question of sustainability of the fish stocks.

We have done a very good work together, how we can control illegal third country fishing and a number of coordinated patrols between Indonesian and Australian custom vessels. We have a new system of exchanging information about illegal vessels in our zone.

New Gold Zone Found in Indonesia Sumatra

G-Resources Group Limited claims that new gold mineralization zone is found in Martabe, South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. The Hong Kong-based gold company is on drilling examination at the spot.

The field known as either Horas or South Barani is only located three kilometers off the Martabe gold mining project. G-Resources also shares ownership of the mining through its subsidiary PT Agincourt Resource.

"We're very pleased with the discovery," said G-Resources Group Limited President Director, Peter Albert, to VIVAnews today, Dec 21. "

According to Peter, the company is preparing further drilling in Horas. Three core rigs, which function as early estimator of the gold potentials, have been installed on the scene.

"We're continuing our efforts in performing aggressive exploration, proceeding with new discoveries, expanding resources and reserves, and improving growth in the long run," said Peter.

Largest Coal Reserves in Indonesia Spotted

The Ministry of Forestry realized that forests are places where metals and coal are reserved. In fact, the amount of coal buried under the earth may reach 93.4 billion tonnes.

"It is estimated that around 93.4 billion tonnes of coal are still hidden below the surface of southern Sumatra, Central Java, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi and West Papua," said Forestry Minister Zulkifli Hasan in Jakarta, Thursday, Dec 23.

According to Zulkifli, other minerals such as gold, nickel, copper, silver, and cobalt are kept under the forests of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.

"The Ministry of Forestry is authorized to giving access over mineral utilization. Between 2005 and 2010, the ministry had issued concession rights on 199 units across an area of 153 thousand hectares," said Zulkifli.

The Ministry of Forestry has also issued exploitation agreements of 390 units over an area of 327 thousand hectares.

The Following short information is the explanation of terms above:

GPRS = General Packet Radio Service. It is an additional service by GSM network to enhance the speed of data access from maximum rate 9,6 kbps into maximum 56 kbps. It means if the TRX is standalone, then the speed may reach 56kbps. However, when other users are online then the speed will be automatically divided into each of user. The more users online, the less bandwidth allolcation will be accepted. GPRS sometimes called as 2,5G technology.

EDGE = Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution. This technology is an advanced version of GPRS. In EDGE technology, the maximum speed increase into 236 kbps. This condition may be reached once there is only one user online that using one TRX BTS.EDGE sometimes called as 2,75G technology.

UMTS = Universal Mobile Tele Services. It is a standard name for telecommunication service. It is because UMTS promising a standard mobile telecommunication service (voice and sms (Short Messaging Service)) and also an advanced data bearer in the view of its speed, protocol and connection. UMTS requires data bearer speed 144 kbps (satellite and remote rural), 384 kbps in residential and 2 Mbps indoor and closed rural.

3G = Third Generation. It is an implementation of UMTS in the field. It promises the speed as big as 384 kbps with maximum downlink and 64 kbps uplink whereas a standard mobile telecommunication services such as voice and sms are running.

HSDPA = High Speed Downlink Packet Access. The first phase HSDPA stands with capacity 4,1 Mbps. Then coming up a second phase with capacity 11 Mbps and maximum capacity stand for downlink peak data rate up to 14 Mbit/s.However, this high rate can only occur if the signal coverage is shorter than a normal GSM coverage. HSDPA also called as 3,5G technology.

HSUPA = High Speed Uplink Packet Access. It is just like HSDPA, but with a higher uplink stream. It has uplink capability up to 5,76 Mbps. Several systems need HSUPA, such as network server in central office that serves many branches to other places via wireless, then the most suitable connection will be HSUPA for the it allows the existence of standalone transmit mode.

I have to ready to face this life, whatever happens
I live in this world just once, failure is not allowed, further especially useless.
My task is to complete my intention and effort and perfect it, whatever the result is I give it up to Him Alone: Allah is Omniscient for what’s best for me.

I always have to fully aware that what’s best for me in my mind will not be fit in Allah side. In fact, I might get fooled by my own wills and wishes.

My knowledge about myself or anything else is very limited whereas His knowledge covers everything. He knows the start, the end and any between is.

Once more I have to confess that how much I eager to get a thing, I have to prepare my heart to face the fact that might not suitable as what I hope is, for that is the best for me after all.

I have to be willing for the fact that have passed
If something happen then that is the fact and it’s just one of many episodes that I have to pass by.

I have to enjoy it and I am not allowed to be dissolved for long. Disappointed, resentful, broken heart will not change anything than just suffering me. Resentful or not, the fact will remain the fact.

My heart must be realistic to accept the fact, however my body and mind must keep working to face upon and finish any trouble.

If the rice has become porridge, then I have to find chickens, fried cake, peanut, ketchup, celery, fried onion and sauce so that the chicken porridge will be special to be dined for.

I am not allowed to make myself complicated
I must be certain that this life is just like cycled day and night. Neither possible to have the day forever nor night eternally. Any happiness must have an end as well as sadness and problem must have an end. Therefore, I got to be very patient to face it.

I have to be sure too that any calamity occur only by Allah’ blessing and permission. It must be perfectly calculated and impossible beyond my ability for Allah The Most Merciful never tricks His prayers.

I am not allowed to get myself difficult by my own bad thinking that has just made my life difficult. My mind must always be cleared, controlled, calmed and proportional. I cannot be trapped by dramatizing problems.

I have to be brave facing problems one by one, not allowed to run from the fact, for it will not solve the problem. In fact it is just adding another problem. I got to be rigid facing any kind of problem, I got to be never surrender and I am not allowed to lose it.

Even though everything has its end, as my heavy trouble will gone as what Allah promised "Fainnama'al usri yusron inna ma'al 'usri yusron" which means in fact every difficulty bring simplicity along. His promise never disavowed.

Self evaluation
Everything that is happened can only occurred by the blessing of Allah Almighty and Allah will never do a futile work.

There must be wisdom behind any incident. How bitter it is, there must be goodness inside, if only I am willing to face it patiently and correctly.

I got to muse it why Allah destine all these matters to me, it might be as a warning for all my sins, my negligence or might be, when my up-shifted position viewed by Him
I got to hardly think to find any mistake that I have to fix.

Each of incident stands like a looking glass for me, I am not allowed to be tremble for any weakness nor deficiency nor mistake happened. What more important is I can discover my true self and I got to willpower fixing it utmost for Allah Forgiving and Recipient Supreme Penance.

Allah is my only life saver
I got to believe that even if all mankind and jinn unite together to help me, it is impossible to be real without His bless.

My heart got to be concentrated and believe at most that it is just Allah, the only one that can help and give the best solution to any affair.

There is no such thing as absurd for Him, for everything is owned by Him and fully under His control.

There will be no any hindrance if Allah helps His prayers. Allah is the only one control all causalities of his helps.

Therefore I got to eagerly fighting, struggling to get closed to Him through do what kind of His favorite regularly and release any heart dependency other than to Him, for it is all just a helpless creature without His power.

Always remember His promise "Whoever cautious to me, undoubtedly I will give a way out for any of my prayer business and I will give fortune/accommodation from any unexpected way. And whoever keeps on praying and trusting Me, undoubtedly I will replenish all his/her needs ". (Al Quran 65 (At-Thalaq): 2-3)

6 (six) recipes to endure on facing any His trial:

1. Fully believe and confident (tsiqah) to Allah Almighty
2. I know that each destined matter must be happened after all
3. Patience is the best way I can step by to go through trial
4. If I cannot be patient, then what more work I can do, whereas I cannot determine and help myself from anxiety and nervous
5. I might got a worse calamity if only I never got this situation
6. I am sure there will be facilitation after all of these troubles

Here's a (lengthy?) poem that I found on the internet, the author is unknown to me.

Have we forgotten the purpose of our lives?
Sometimes we think we exist, just to have a good time.
So we indulge in satisfying our lusts and desires
Even if it means becoming hypocrits thieves and liars

We Forget the sole purpose Allah created our souls
It is to worship him alone, until they bury our bones
Never faltering, never shifting between our imaan
Remaining true to Allah, as best as we can

But beyond this belief in our hearts come our actions
Balancing obediance to Allah, and appeasing satisfactions.
What is a muslim, if he forgets the commands of his religion?
One who is blinded by dunya, and has lost all vision.

Have we forgotten that we have one of two destinations?
Hell is for the transgressors, and Jannah is for the patient
In this test we can enjoy ourselves, and be pleased with our lives
But the reason we live is to worship Allah, and this will not change until we die

In the sorrows and most horrific of days
We would wish to return to dunya, only to change our ways
On a day we beg to Allah on our hands and knees
"Return us to dunya to salvage our deeds!"

But nay, you've had your chances and received your warnings
Remember when you slept through the early mornings
When you neglected fajr, and did not keep up with your Salah
You were cheap, and you were greedy and did not pay your Zakah
You indulged in this dunya with the sinners
Preventing your own self, the company of the winners

And who might they be, you may ask as you listen
Winners are those who answer to their Lord in submission
They obeyed Allah, and realized Life's mission
Submit to the One Who created you from clay, and fear the most horrifying and detrimental of days

Winners are those who enjoined in the worship of their Lord,
they kept their covenent with Allah, not breaking one word
Prayer by prayer, day by day,
holding firmly to the Quran, while following the Prophet's way

The best of the muslims get Jannah's delight
because they fasted during the day, and prayed tahajjud through the night
They fulfilled the necessary obligations and did more
They kept their loyalty to the One, Whom they lived and died for

Let us reflect to how we may be viewd by the sublime
Are we of the hypocrits who don't even pray on time?
Of the losers who worship every nickel and dime?
Of the animals who don't treat fellow muslims with respect
Of the enemies of Allah, Whose commands we neglect?
Are we of the sinners whose own lives we'll regret?

Or have we devoted ourselves to pursuing Paradise
of the muslims whose actions are intelligent and wise
of the noble who tell the truth with no lies
Of the pious who pray every prayer on time

Let us never forget our aim for paradise
We must worship Allah, through all the sacrifice
For those who fall short, Jahannam is their destination
Allah's Judgement is Most Supreme and His is the best of Legislation

so Ya Allah! We ask of you to guide us on the straight path
and we seek your refuge in your Mercy from the torment of Your Wrath

If you had once checked the local newspaper, you will find people even "bacok-bacokan (died by a long-chopping-knife)"..because they are fight for Rp. 1000 (about USS 0.1)..Gosh..what a shameful to be heard ..

At these days, we need money. That's true. Its very true. I won't say that I don't need one. Everybody does. Even for the baby-not-born-yet had already need money, for it is not directly for the baby, but to the mother..

I have been working for PT Roda Cipta Semesta for a week, starting from the first June 2009. About the position? Wow..fantastic... Marketing Manager Assistant..Sounds great rite??

I have rented a room behind the office park...It's famous for its low price..Rp. 250,000/room/month..Its such a good way to save a little money for life..wow..With anything you need is here: masjid, market, 24 hours warteg, mainroad, poskamling, abang-abang gorengan, ketoprak, etc.Work in here, such an enjoyment..though I need to buy a brighter fluorescent lamp considering the light in the room is too dark: 5watt only..can you imagine that..??....and get a fan..a big fan if its necessary..its quiet hot to live there...hehehe

Anyway..

A columnist of Al Manar Magazine stories that once upon a time, at a burnt desert, on the long voyage from Cairo to Alexandria, in a microbus, there is a young lady dressed not well to be categorized as dress, because she challenge man's desire. She sat at the edge of chair near the exit door.

For sure, her 'well dressed' arouse bunch of attention for people surround. A half gentleman that sat beside remind her that her dress will gain something bad to her, beside she break the religion and manner rules.

Do you know what she said after? With a full of offense, she express her anger because she feel her privacy have been broken by stranger. Dressing right is one's prerogative.

"If you sire really mean, this is my phone. Book me a room in your god's hell!! Wow...a frontal response. The gentleman then istighfar. He keep on whispering kalimah-kalimah Allah.

At the next seconds the atmosphere become silent. Several people looked so tired and slept in their dream. It is not an exemption for that young lady. Until the voyage meet its end: Alexandria Microbus Terminal.

Now, everyone get ready to step down. But then they blocked by young lady from before that still looked slept near the exit door. "Just wake her up!" thats one voice heard.

Do you know what is happening? That young lady is really 'sleep'. She meet her death. And all passengers keep on istighfar, whispering kalimah Allah as what the gentleman from before does.

What a tragic end. Died in a condition challenge God. If only everyone know when will he/she died....
If only everyone realize his/her life might end at any time...
If only everyone afraid to meet their God with a bad condition...

If only everyone know how bad Allah anger...
Really...Allah is still love us..He still give us guidance...
Allah will get closer to those who closed to Him.

and they who still soundly asleep should already realize...
for the time still exist..

There is a teenager just came from 'Uncle Sam Country' for study. At home he arrived, he asked his parent to find someone, Teacher, Imam, Master, or anyone who is able to answer his three questions. And finally there is an old man found that boy.

Boy: Who are you? and can you answer my questions?

Imam: I am a servant of Allah and with His permission I will answer your questions

Boy: Are you sure? Even some Professors and many other intelligent people cannot handle this question..They cannot answer my questions

Imam: I will answer as far as I can

Boy: I have three questions:
1. If God really existed, show me the form of God?
2. What is the meaning of Takdir (fate)?
3. If Shaiton (satan) were created from fire, then why they must be fallen to hell that in fact it is made from fire, it won't affect them, because they are from and have the same element. Does God never think as that far?

Unexpectedly, the Imam hardly slap the boy's cheek.

Boy(while holding the pain): Why are you mad at me?

Imam: I am not mad at you..That slap is my answer for three questions you threw to me

Boy: I really don't understand

Imam: How does it feel?

Boy: Of course its painful

Imam: So you already believe that pain is existed?

Boy: Yes

Imam: Now show me the form of that pain..!

Boy: I can't

Imam: That's my answer for the first question: we are all feel the existence of God without being able to see its form.

Imam: Did you dream about slapped by me while you are sleeping last night?

Boy: No

Imam: Have you ever think that you will accept a slap from me today?

Boy: No

Imam: : Thats what we call Takdir (fate)

Imam: What is the element my hand made from? that I used to slap you. From what substance my hand made from?

Boy: shell

Imam: and your cheek, what is made from?

Boy: shell

Imam: What did feel after I slapped you?

Boy: painful

Imam: Although syaitan (satan) are made from fire and hell was made from fire too, if God want it, then hell can become a very painful place for syaitan (satan).

its been a month since I got back (mudik). missed so much my lovely hometown..
its been a week I had been in Pekalongan, my brother in law getting marred
and now I am at Cikarang..again..
sending, waiting, and praying for the job call

stay at home doing nothing...just wasting money

I've done too many things already..There are mountain sin I've earned..its even not suitable because is far more than that..A whole sky and earth?? Ah..still feel not fit..My sin might be as full as this milky way ohh Allah..

Therefore, I demand Your forgiveness..I really hope Your kindness..always give me a chance to fix myself..assist me to always smart in thanking and become a good and right muslim and always love You...Allah...forever...

if they are so 'sweeeet', means they have particular intention to be accomplished.
showing 'naive' faces are just a mask. honestly speaking, they are expert in Indonesian language. believe it or not.
they are smart, but in a format we can not understand it directly. it needs deep thinking to analyze what their objectives are.
try to see their eyes. they have a bird eye that you never realized what their thinking behind that 'sipit' eyes. after you experienced it, then you just realized what a fool you was. try to see their walks. so fast that as looks they don't want to lost any single time
they don't have God. It merely refers to 'money'. They don't want to lose any single money from their pocket. they open such business is not looking at how big it is, but seeing how many business fields that you have and how big your coverage area it is.
their way of thinking is much complicated and different from what we have.
they are merely tiger for us. a little tiger that attract us so much that we can't leave it home. we love it so much coz its cuteness. BUT...when it is reached mature enough, your kids become its foods. wakakakakak.
they expand the business, they want to be the king of economic. govern some area, and when other local merchant comes, they kick their ass. 'belagu' ??? they would issue 'sword' to kill you down.
through trading, especially in asia, their long term objectives are take over the influence of the world. take it from USA. never realize why they double their military personnel that makes USA feel irritated till they send person to investigate it for them.
now, they are much step forward than us. ever you find in the corner of the world that does not contains chinese people? then....why you stil laughing 'cengengesan' over there? hah...???

about my Thesis and other reports

rite now, my status is harsh. No voice outloud though I scream aloud. I have many reports to be done. Fair enough to make me busy. Yes. Enough to make my life thrilling. My adrenaline boils up anyway.
So, I have my energy to finish this all.

Several reports:

Biweekly reports that needs to be updated each single day
Internship report that needs to be done soon, because my internship period will be finish soon - at the end of this month
My Thesis. This is the most thrilling one

About Biweekly reports
I think I can do that rite away.

Internship report ?
It's in progress. I have written the complement parts of it.
The main topic to be discussed is my Internship Activity.
Yupz.. I can make it in time.

Thesis ?
The topic is not okay. Seems. Coz I ever asked it before, and my adviser seemed not so happy to hear it. He didn't see the main problem. Oh Gosh...

Nah. This is fair enough to make my days become comma. Every place I go remind me about the topic. Every conversation in my days being criticized.
Wew, it can be my topic.
Oh, it cannot be done.
Fuh, it will be so hard to find data. And so on, and so forth.
INTINYA... I feel so confused to find it. How to find the problem. Fuh.

My friend, Sheila, even asked me through SMS before:

aaaah......Long time no speak up in blog....huh...it seems too complicated to update my blog.....the internet access is used for other things...no wonder its all fussed. anyway...

here I go...
I'd like to update my blog...rite now...rite here..

Now...
I'm still having internship in President University...as my second internship period. The question is why suddenly I am here while the others even go far away from here? Well, the answer might be...because I am late to confirm the company. Though I can force them to confirm whether I am being accepted or not..coz it is simply saying that I am not their boss, and they are no one...so..???,,, All I can say is waiting for their confirmation.

While I was waiting them, I signed the contract to have internship here. Unfortunetely I never told my supervisor that I want to wait the confirmation from other companies as well. Oh..What a pity word. Untold message. Takara..I am here...Though many companies offerred me internship opportunities, work with them....From the small companies, until enterprise...but then...I have to face that I have to finish this, rite here, until the end of this month. Fuh... it feels so hard to believe that I couldn't move to another company just because of that confirmation letter...

anyway... Fortunetely, I have a great supervisor here. She is my motivation to keep and behold to stay internship in here. Without her, it feels so hurt and whole day will become a very hard day to pass. Fuh....

so...I thank God I have you as my supervisor...Alhamdulillah....
